How do I forward an email?

An email from your Click2Sell Inbox can be forwarded to your email (email address supplied during account creation) by clicking the "Response" button and choosing "Forward". The original email will remain in your Click2Sell inbox. Note, if you take the conversation “off-line” the history will not be stored in Click2Sell®.  You will need to go into Click2Sell and disposition the original email to the appropriate updated status.
