Can I see History of campaign emails

There are several ways you can see campaign details for a contact:

  • Click on Campaigns and view the “Next Service Date” hyperlink on the Campaign page.  This will show you which contacts will receive a campaign email on the next scheduled service date for your account.  You can change the status of the contact right from this page to remove contacts from the schedule.
  • Click on the "Email Position" for a contact on the contact view to see when the contact was emailed last and when their next campaign email is scheduled.
  • Click on the green "Activity" button from the campaign view to see all details for a contact (note, campaign emails did not start logging to the activity section until July 11, 2014 so previous campaign data is not available but you can see which email position your contact is on)
