What does the Current Inbox Status light indicate?

The success of your Click2Sell® campaign is directly tied to a "clean" inbox. The only messages that should be in your inbox are contacts you are currently in conversation with. All other messages should have the correct reply action assigned. Your goal is keep the Inbox Status at green. A green status is achieved when you have less than 10 messages in your inbox, 1 or no red emails (No Match condition) and no unread messages that are more than 3 days old.
